About

I have worked on projects for Banks and financial institutions, legal startups, ecommerce and lifestyle companies, and many more – helping strategize the customer exeperience strategy and digital transformation roadmaps, as well as research based design of digital and beyond-digital experiences. Besides my work, I actively engage with the UX community wherever I am.

Recently, I have created and successfully run an Apprenticeship Training Program to recruit 15 designers and provide them with the training and support to get them started in their career as design consultants at Fractal Ink Design and Consultancy.
